*Indemnification for Makenfly LLC*
1. *Indemnification*
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Makenfly LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees) arising out of or related to:

2. *Your use of the Services*: Any use or misuse of the Travel Services provided by Makenfly LLC.
3. *Your negligence or misconduct*: Any negligent or intentional act or omission by you.

The indemnification obligations under this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions.
3. *Notification and Cooperation*
In the event of a claim or demand, you shall:

2. *Cooperate fully*: Cooperate fully with Makenfly LLC in the defense or settlement of the claim.
4. *Defense and Settlement*
Makenfly LLC reserves the right to defend or settle any claim or demand, and you shall not settle any claim without the prior written consent of Makenfly LLC.
5. *No Limitation*
The indemnification obligations under this clause shall not be limited by any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
